| White Chocolate Macadamia Pie |
You may want to start your meal with this pie.
We have substituted pecans, black walnuts and no nuts at all and its great. |
- For 1 pie
- 8 oz. light corn syrup
- 4 eggs
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon good vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup toasted macadamias

Mix all ingredients and add to a 9 inch deep dish pie shell Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until crust is brown and pie giggles slightly when shaken.
While pie bakes melt 4 oz of good white chocolate and 1/8 cup heavy cream in microwave. Stir well and reserve until pie is done.
When pie has cooled 20 min. pour white chocolate ganache on top and coat the top of pie. We drizzle some melted semi sweet chocolate to garnish the white chocolate.
Cool for 40 more minutes, refrigerate or serve warm. |
