Sushi and Asian Cuisine meets Wood Fire Grill

It's a little cool and a little hot...just like you.

"Best Restaurant in Islamorada!" ~ Trip Advisor.com

Kaiyo, est.. 2002, this Islamorada restaurant was the first Asian fusion-Sushi restaurant in Islamorada. Since its opening it   has been a "be seen and dine well" restaurant for locals, visitors enjoying Islamorada vacations and even celebrities.

The reinvention:

Diverse...a menu like nothing else.
Our new menu's diversity rivals big city eateries. Always cool sushi and Asian...now hot - with a wood-fire grill
twist. You can still indulge in sushi, sashimi and specialty rolls like King Salmon, and Yellow fin Tuna and our Wandering Poet Roll. Classic Asian dishes that beckon may include Thai Green Curry or Crispy Duck with Pancakes. But now this 'Five Stars' Islamorada restaurant menus showcase Grill Fare including famed Kobe Beef, fresh Local Seafood, Wood-grilled Colossal Shrimp, and hardwood Grilled Rack of Lamb.

Welcoming...a staff like nowhere else
Islamorada restaurants are hailed for great service. We've upped it a notch. It's your night out. We want it to be
unforgettable. Come in and experience service that is nothing short of indulgent.

A "foodie's" paradise awaits. Complete your Islamorada vacation - or if you're local - make it your hangout for great food, incredible wine and sake, and the kind of night out that makes memories.

Experience the evolution of a legend in the making...like nothing else, like nowhere else.

“Excellent presentation on our freshly caught Spanish Mackerel.”

Kaiyo Grill is by far the favorite restaurant of the locals we met and spoke to. Nice decor and atmosphere, higher priced menu and appetizers, but well worth it. Fintastic Captain Mike Patterson

ecommended Kaiyo for us to have our fished cooked.

They have a variety of ways it can be cooked … Blackened and almond crusted were very tasty. Thumbs up!
