KIDS COOKIN' CLASS UPDATE September 18, 2010 10:30am until 1pm
The next class is Saturday, September 18, from 10:30 am until 1:00 pm.
The classes will be limited to six (6) students, age 8 and older. I want to insure a truly hands on, personalized day in the restaurant.

Tuition is $35.00 per student and includes a terrific lunch prepared by our "Chefs". We always have a creative, fun day learning new culinary terms, taste, nutrition & technique. Have you ever wondered what it's like in a real restaurant kitchen? Join us for a great day of preparation, "mise en place", cooking, plating, garnishing, tasting and dishwashing...just kidding.
If the Captains are doing their jobs, we will have the freshest fish to create & sample some Asian/Caribbean/Peruvian delights. We will roll sushi, slice and marinate tiradito's.
What will we make for dessert?
