Kaiyo is a sanctuary where the senses are free to come alive. The restaurant is committed to charming each guest's individual palate with artistically prepared Florida-infused Asian cuisine, while maintaining the highest emphasis on freshness and culinary technique. Executive Chef Michael Ledwith is an artist himself and an inventive yet traditional chef with a passion for the evolution of food, such as nigiri, maki, ceviche, tiradito's, Tibetan, Burmese and other Eastern specialties. Ledwith utilizes local, fresh seafood alongside organic and fresh vegetables. The restaurant features an extensive wine and sake list to compliment their enticing cuisine.
